All orders are shipped via FedEx, DHL, or other reliable international courier services. The specific carrier is selected automatically based on the destination, delivery time requirements, and inventory availability to ensure your package is delivered safely and efficiently.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 48 hours after payment confirmation and are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. As a result, order processing time and shipping time may vary.

Once shipped, international delivery generally takes 5–15 business days, depending on the destination country/region, the selected courier service and local customs clearance procedures. Shipping times are calculated in business days only.

We use trusted international carriers for delivery. For the most accurate estimated delivery date to your location, please refer to the delivery time displayed on the product page.

Package Tracking & Lost Shipments

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You may use this number at any time on the carrier’s official website to track your shipment in real time.

If you have not received your package after the estimated delivery date, please first check the shipping status via the tracking link.

If the status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact your local courier for verification.

If the tracking information has not been updated for an extended period or the package is confirmed lost, please contact our customer service team within 30 days from the shipping date. We will assist you in initiating an investigation with the shipping carrier.
