Return Policy
Thank you for choosing our products! To protect your rights and ensure a smooth service process, please read the following Return & Exchange Policy carefully. All return or exchange requests must comply with the terms outlined below.
I. Basic Return Requirements
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Returned items must be brand new, unused, unwashed, free of odors, and must include all original tags, accessories, and manufacturer’s packaging intact. If the returned item does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue only a partial refund.
Any return package sent without a valid Return Authorization (RA) number will be rejected and not processed. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and are non-transferable to any third party.
II. Refundable and Non-Refundable Situations
You may apply for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
The item is returned within 30 days of delivery
The item remains in brand-new condition
The item is returned in its original packaging
A valid Return Authorization number has been obtained
The item is not a clearance, customized, or opened product
Refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
Returns requested after the 30-day return period
Items that have been used, opened, washed, damaged, or are missing original packaging or accessories
Returns submitted without a valid Return Authorization number
Please note: If the item is found to be defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly shipped by us, we will, at our discretion, provide a free replacement or a full refund.
III. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs
For returns caused by product defects, shipping damage, or incorrect items sent by us, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.
For returns due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction, incorrect size, or wrong color selection), return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
Regarding exchanges:
If the exchange is due to product defects, damage, or incorrect shipment, we will cover both the return shipping cost and the cost of sending the replacement item.
If the exchange is requested for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while we will ship the replacement item free of charge after receiving the returned product.
IV. Partial Returns
If you purchased multiple items in a single order, you may choose to return one or more items. As long as the returned items meet the return conditions (brand new, original packaging, returned within 30 days), we will refund the actual amount paid for the returned item(s).
Please clearly specify the items and quantities you wish to return when applying for the Return Authorization number.
V. Lost Packages During Transit
If an item is lost after shipment but before delivery, the responsibility lies with us. We will arrange a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund, based on your preference.
If an item is lost during the return process, the handling depends on the return method:
If you use our designated return shipping method, we will assume the risk of loss.
If you arrange the return shipment yourself, you must use a shipping service with valid tracking and submit the tracking number in our system. If no valid tracking information is provided or the package is lost without tracking, the return will be considered not received, and no refund can be issued.
VI. Disclaimer for Force Majeure and Uncontrollable Factors
We shall not be held liable for any loss or delay caused by force majeure or factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, fires), war, terrorism, government actions, customs seizures, strikes, pandemics, international sanctions, logistics system failures, transportation interruptions (air, rail, or road), third-party carrier errors, or changes in destination country/region policies.
Under such circumstances, we do not provide refunds, exchanges, or compensation. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in communicating with the relevant parties, though the final outcome remains beyond our control.
VII. Return Procedure
To ensure your return is processed smoothly, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return or exchange to request Return Authorization.
Step 2: Place the item back into its original packaging and then into a sturdy outer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Step 3:
For returns due to quality issues, please use the return label we provide.
For returns due to personal reasons, please arrange shipping at your own expense and retain the shipping receipt.
VIII. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item and complete inspection, we will initiate the refund process within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Due to varying processing times among banks and third-party payment providers (such as credit card issuers), the actual time for the refund to appear in your account is typically within 5 business days.
